Wine / Wine at the table

Choosing wine starts with a conversation

How to use the wine list, consider your guests’ preferences and discuss your selection with the team.

Begin with the people at your table

When choosing wine together, begin with a simple question: what do your guests enjoy? Mention whether you prefer red, white, rosé or sparkling wine, and the styles you usually choose. If you are undecided, tell the team just that.

Discuss your guests’ preferences with the team, then ask which bottles and serving options are available for your visit.

Explore the wine list

The wine list is part of the main menu. Open “Wine list” and browse by type, country or producer. You can also search for a wine or vintage, compare the details shown and save your choices.

Please ask the restaurant about bottle availability and serving options for your visit. A wine appearing in the list does not guarantee availability at the time of your visit.

Discuss the wine alongside your dinner

Tell the team which dishes you have chosen and whether you would like wine for the whole meal or for a particular course. Your dishes and preferences provide a starting point for discussing the selection.

Include any wines that interest you with your reservation enquiry. Our team will check availability and discuss the final selection and arrangements with you before your visit.
